Reliable Galvanizing has been serving the Midwest for over 33 years. Our facility operates a large 42 ft. hot dip galvanizing kettle able to undertake all types of work. We offer a simple process of corrosion protection consisting of dipping steel into a bath of molten zinc producing a progressive zinc/iron alloy layer on the surface.

Kettle Size: 54" x 54" x 42' long holding 371,000 lbs. of molten zinc.

Pickling Tanks: 5'-6" x 6'0' x 45' long

Double-Dip Capacity: Up to 72' long and 11' wide

Lifting Capacity: Up to 20,000 lbs. over kettle

Unloading Facilities: Forklift or mobile 10 ton crane

Storage Facilities: 35,000 sq. ft. of storage

Loading Facilities: Portabel dock to handle closed top trucks. Ample room to drop trailers to expedite your pick-up.
